Calon Hearts DOES NOT screen individuals who are already under investigation with the NHS or the private sector for urgent cardiology services.
Due to an increase in cases of flu/viruses, please ensure you wear a face mask when you attend for your heartscreening appointment.
If you are unwell with flu/virus and are symptomatic, please cancel and rebook your appointment. We have to ensure we do everything we can to keep viruses/infections at bay.
Calon Hearts is pleased to offer heartscreening sessions for all people in Wales. For ages 16-25yrs, this is FREE OF CHARGE, which includes an ECG and consultation with the cardiologist + an echocardiogram, if the cardiologist thinks it is necessary.
To date, we have screened over 17,600 people for life-threatening heart conditions and we are now taking our mobile heartscreening initiative all over Wales. We are pleased to say that our screening initiative is backed by former Wales Captain Sam Warburton.
