TRIBUTES TO A LOVED-ONE
Setting up a tribute page for a loved-one is a wonderful way to keep their memory alive and allows you to remember them in a way that feels right for you.
A tribute page allows you to share memories and thoughts with others as well as celebrating anniversaries, setting up donations or fund raising events in their name.

Funeral Notices can also be added to the tribute page, to provide information about the day, make special requests and allow absent family and friends to leave their condolences.

WAYS TO HELP
Collecting at a funeral can help Calon Heart Screening make a lasting difference in memory of your loved-one. You may choose to do this by asking for donations instead of flowers, or arranging a collection.
You can also make regular or a one-off donation where you can add a dedication.
Arranging or taking part in an event is also a wonderful tribute and special way to remember someone.

£200 pays for a CPR training session for up to 100 people
£280 pays for a heart screening for an adult (includes Echocardiogram if needed)
£895 purchases a defibrillator for a community
£7200 funds a heart screening day for up to 90 people
