Calon Hearts Launches ‘Forever in Your Heart’ Campaign at Thornhill Crematorium

Calon Hearts is proud to announce the launch of our ‘Forever in Your Heart’ campaign. The charity is inviting people to honour their loved ones with a beautiful keepsake while supporting heart health across Wales. In 2025, the campaign will take place at Thornhill Crematorium, which is a poignant venue that reflects the spirit of remembrance.

Heart Month is held in February each year, and this campaign will highlight the importance of heart health and will brings communities together to celebrate the lives of loved ones who will remain ‘forever in our hearts’.

Each handmade heart is available to purchase at a cost of £17.50, with the option to collect them in person or to have them planted directly by our team at the crematorium. Hearts will also be available for collection from the end of January at our Llandaff office, giving families a chance to treasure the hearts forever.

We are incredibly grateful to Cardiff Council’s Bereavement Services for choosing Calon Hearts as their Charity of the Year and for their support in making this campaign possible.

All funds raised through this campaign will help Calon Hearts continue its vital work in providing lifesaving defibrillators, heart screenings and education about heart health to communities across Wales.
