Calon Hearts is proud to announce the launch of our ‘Forever in Your Heart’ campaign. The charity is inviting people to honour their loved ones with a beautiful keepsake red heart while supporting heart health across the country. The hearts are at Thornhill Crematorium, which is a poignant venue that reflects the spirit of remembrance.
“Forever In Your Heart” celebrates the lives of loved ones who will remain ‘forever in our heart’.

Calon Heart Screening would like to express our deepest gratitude to Martin Birch and all his team at Cardiff Bereavement Services based at Thornhill Crematorium for being their charity of the year and for their continued support shown to us. Today I was delighted to receive the amazing donation of £4,500 which will go towards our free heart screening services.
