Calon Hearts has been named Leading Preventive Cardiac Health Support Charity 2026 – UK and received the Community Wellbeing Impact Award 2026 from Acquisition International.
The awards recognise the work we do every day to help save lives – from providing heart screening and raising awareness of heart conditions to delivering CPR training and helping put lifesaving defibrillators into communities.
For us, the recognition is particularly important because it reflects the difference this work makes every day, from giving people access to heart screening to helping communities secure lifesaving defibrillators and ensuring more people have the skills and confidence to perform CPR.
And none of it happens without the incredible people who support Calon Hearts – our team and volunteers, the communities that welcome us, the organisations and businesses that work with us, our fundraisers and everyone who donates.

The awards describe Calon Hearts’ mission as ensuring communities are “equipped, empowered, and prepared to act in cardiac emergencies”.
